October beginnings

Worm's eye view of the cold crop seedlings. Nice to have an entire bed of things sprouting while everything else is slowly withering away.

It's nice to have something to look forward to now that the cooler weather is here. We've got a slight drizzle here today. The first rain we've had for ages.

I have always wanted to do this, and never seem to find the time or energy to dig out the summer crops and start a Fall garden.

But you are so right, this is like Spring all over again... I love walking out there every morning and seeing what is happening.
