turnips. june 6, 2009I carefully washed the micro greens and then drizzled a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar over them with a pinch of Sea Salt. It only amounted to about three fork fulls of salad, but the flavor was very intense! Very clear notes of carrot and beet came through.
